Position Profile: Senior Pharmacist leads the clinical pharmacy service provided to Bentley Health Service (BHS) including Adult (including Older Adult) Mental Health Services, Adolescent Youth Mental Health Unit, Medical and Surgical patients, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Adult Rehabilitation services.
Promotes safe, rational and cost-effective drug therapy by providing a specialised clinical pharmacy service as well as coordinating and developing clinical pharmacy services.
Ensures practice is in accordance with the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 and Regulations 2016, the Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards, Codes and Guidelines and EMHS policies and guidelines.

BHS provides quality healthcare to the community, specialising in the delivery of mental health care, aged care services, obstetrics, and rehabilitation.
