What we are looking for: We're looking for an experienced supervisor with a background in parks, recreations, facilities or a related field.
You'll play a significant role in the efficient running of parks operations including day to day and programmed maintenance.
The role will involve: Coordinating and allocating resources including people and plant Developing works programs and methods that are both appropriate and budget focussed Supervising a team and performing related human resource duties Providing technical knowledge to complex situations Collaborating with relevant stakeholders including heritage bodies and government departments Promoting a safety-first culture What you should have to apply: You'll have proven leadership and will enjoy coaching and mentoring your teams to get the best out of them.
With experience in a relevant field, you'll come armed with technical knowledge that will grow the capability of the wider team.
