Supervisor (Paint Blast)

About Us Our client specializes in providing industrial remediation services and asset preservation solutions across various industries including infrastructure, mining, marine, defense, and commercial sectors.
They are currently looking for a Supervisor to join their Paint Blast team at their Adelaide office.
About the role:

Supervise and lead blasting and painting teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Coordinate daily tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in blasting and painting operations, ideally in defense or industrial sectors.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
NACE Level 1 or 2 certification (highly desirable).
