BMA Caval Ridge Open Cut Mine , located in Central Queensland, Australia. Caval Ridge Mine currently has several opportunities for Prestrip Supervisors within our Overburden operation. Reporting to the Superintendent of Overburden on a 7:7 rotating roster, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of a prestrip crew, including ensuring the safe execution of the mine plan in accordance with operating standards, procedures and defined processes to deliver optimal production outcomes.Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead positive change and support the continued development of a high performing team. The successful candidate will have an absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards, mine working procedures and ensure a safe and environmentally healthy workplace.Minimum Requirements
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, ability to foster positive working relationships and be adaptable to various communication styles;Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, lead and facilitate cooperation with production personnel;Proven ability to plan, organise and coordinate a variety of tasks within a dynamic environment;Must have S1,2,3 and G2 and current Standard 11;Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SAP and similar systems and databases;Experience working in Leadership roles, with strong people management skills;Experience working in mining production roles.About Our Process
