This is a front-line leadership position, providing technical support and advice to the Maintenance Team.Site based roster:8 days on, 6 days offKey ResponsibilitiesProvide active field leadership, mentoring and guiding the teamEnsure the safe execution of all planned and unplanned activities within quality, time and budget requirementsOperate in accordance with KMS Work Management and Shutdown Management processes, ensuring collaboration with other teamsComplete detailed shift logs and handovers for the incoming shift supervisorDevelop and lead executable maintenance scopes and schedules aligned with Process Plant Maintenance strategies and life of asset planningAbout YouHold a current WA C-Class driver's licenceHold a Mechanical Trade Certificate, or relevant industry experienceCompletion of S1, S2, S3 course would be advantageousExperience in managing people and creating a work environment that enables communication, collaboration and engagementExcellent communication and influencing skills to effectively convey daily priorities and action plansProficient fault-finding and problem solving skills, with a can-doattitudeKnowledge ofthe Mine Safety & Inspection Act and Regulations would be advantageousExperience with maintenance planning/scheduling with CMMS systems, preferably SAPAbout the BenefitsIn addition to joining our values focused team, you would also be eligible for the following benefits:Housing & Living Allowances5 weeks annual leave per annumRelocation support providedOur Commitment to Diversity & InclusionKMS is committed to advancing an inclusive and diverse workforce culture and environment where people feel comfortable to be themselves.
