With a strong pipeline across mechanical manufacturing including the development of communication and marine-related technologies, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our client's Adelaide facility.
You'll lead your trade and technical crews in time-sensitive high-end development and delivery of mechanical constructed technology with a strong focus on safe working practices, quality control, and delivery improvements.
To be successful you'll need:
Proven background in leading manufacturing teams across the design and build stages.Background within mechanical manufacturing, workshop, or facility management.Management of work plans, reviewing schematic and delivery design plans.Host and deliver related toolbox talks including identifying key points of safety.Background in work schedule planning and associated cost allocations.Be able to maintain project-specific bills of works, consumable, and material allocation.Work closely with Project Manager and Engineering team to deliver effective and time-sensitive client projects.Critical requirements: You'll need to hold current Australian citizenship and have/be able to obtain security clearance related to the defence & government sectors.Hold Trade qualification in a relevant field - Mechanical, Marine, Heavy Fabrication and/or Engineering.Be a positive safety leader, with a strong focus on safe and connected manufacturing processes.Once successful, this role will see you grow and develop with a National specialist who drives from the heart of their organisation and practical methodology and a rewarding career journey.
