You'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence on a civil infrastructure road upgrade project in Melbourne's Inner West.This role involves a 24-hour operation, with both day and night shifts. There are two Supervisor positions available:6-month contract with the potential for extension based on upcoming projects.Permanent, full-time position offering long-term career growth.What You'll BringMinimum 10 years of civil infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.Proven expertise in road construction and upgrades, including intersections, traffic lights, drainage, asphalts, etc.Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire large teams on-site.In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations.Proficiency in managing live traffic, community engagement, and liaising with stakeholders.White Card and a valid Driver's License are mandatory.What You'll DoOversee daily construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Lead site meetings, toolbox talks, and inductions.Manage documentation, including timesheets, delivery dockets, and site diaries.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Collaborate with engineers and managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.Why Bild Group?Challenging and dynamic initiativesTransparent avenues for advancementStability in employmentWe offer:Employee Award and Recognition ProgramMonthly team BBQsSocial and welcoming cultureFinancial support for further training and educationCompetitive remuneration and benefitsReady to take the next step?
