Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.About the Opportunity:We are looking for the industry's best Supervisors to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests and team.Main Role Responsibilities:Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times during service periodsEnsure work stations are maintained, stocked up & presentable at all timesResponsible for the delivery of service related to Training and Development programs, including induction plans, buddy shifts, and any other service related training.Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned, and ensure readiness of crew, equipment, stock, stations and floor for serviceExperience, Skills & Attributes:Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a premium a-la-carte dining environmentExceptional service skills and guest focusHighly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsOrganisational and time management skillsExemplary leadership with focus on developing crew for career growthSolid understanding of supervisory practicesExceptional communication and presentationProactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitudePassion for hospitality and hunger to accelerate your careerAbility and desire to mentor and lead othersAble and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsWorking with LUCAS Restaurants:People are at the core of our success.
