About The RoleRoster: Lifestyle roster (5/4, 4/5, 5/5) with 12.5-hour day and night shifts.
Reporting to: Workshop Superintendent.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, and developing team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and mentoring others.Managing and executing daily maintenance of a large mobile maintenance fleet.Providing practical input into all relevant short and long-term maintenance plans.Increasing equipment availability and reliability by ensuring all maintenance activities are planned and carried out to a high standard, safely and timely.Assisting the Superintendent in implementing safety and productivity strategies.Playing an active role in all incident investigations under your control.Creating solutions with self-motivation to develop plans for challenges presented in the workplace.About YouWe seek individuals with a proven track record in leading and developing employees, driving safety, maintenance improvement, cost reduction, and equipment performance and selection. As a Workshop Maintenance Supervisor, you will be capable of operating unsupervised and possess excellent knowledge of mobile plant and NSW coal mining legislation.
Additionally, you will hold:
