Supervisor - Maintenance

You will be responsible for the supervision of the personnel to ensure work is conducted in the safest and most effective manner possible. This is a residential position, and you will be required to work in accordance with a 5/2/4/3 dayshift roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for:Management of your crew/s on their day-to-day performance Manage shutdowns Ability to plan and control shift Maintenance operations to optimise the use of all available resources Conduct regular compliance audits and workplace inspections The ability to build and maintain an effective team through coaching and personnel role modelling You will have the following skillset and attributes: Minimum 3 years supervisory experience Trade Qualified - mechanical trade Fitter Tertiary qualification in engineering/asset management field (would be highly regarded) Previous experience within a large mining production or heavy industry environment S1, S2, S3 qualifications are preferred You will also be able to promote a constructive culture within your team You will have the ability to make decisions, work to deadline high level of work quality, exceptional communication skills and strive for a continuous improvement.
