About the Company & Role:
Our client is a well-established and very successful civil engineering construction company with a particular focus on working with developers across the state. Over the years they've formed great relationships with their clients and they've built an outstanding reputation.
The role will see you responsible for overseeing, planning, scheduling, and offering support to your team on site, ensuring the entire scope of works is carried out professionally and safely. The role is well supported by the Project Manager and a Contract Administrator, allowing the Supervisor to focus on the core functions of their role.

Experience Required:
2+ years of experience working as a Supervisor on land development and earthworks projects
Good understanding of land subdivision process, including planning, scheduling, and delivery of projects
Effective and articulate communication skills
Must hold a current manual driver license
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical
