Reporting to the Superintendent of Infrastructure Services, the successful candidate will have oversight over our contracting partners, manage small projects and oversee our registered plant maintenance regime ensuring they meet safety and legislative standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a high level of safety focus and conduct thorough risk assessments.Coordinate the execution of registered plant statutory maintenance.Oversee planned and breakdown repairs on required assets.Support contractor business partners with mobilisation, demobilisation, and site works.Coach and mentor team members in the use of Workmate and SAP Fiori.Actively participate in PSI and safety meetings, complying with all procedures and policies.Qualifications and ExperienceAustralian Driver's License – C Class.Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.Experience supervising and managing contracting partners.Proficiency in SAP, Fiori, and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of health and safety requirements with a leadership approach.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively or independently.About UsBe part of something big.
