We're looking for a Project Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative company reporting directly to the Director.
Job tasks and responsibilities Management of project schedulesClient management throughout construction phase of projectsVariation management throughout construction phase of projectsUpdating Summary Scope and distributing to relevant Subcontractors as necessaryLiaising with Suppliers to order materials for project as necessaryCreating weekly project update reports for the ClientCreation and management of Project Completion PackageSkills and experience Tertiary/Trade qualifications in an applicable discipline, a must - applicants will not be considered otherwiseMinimum of 3 to 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Trades PersonPositive and driven with a great work ethicBasic knowledge of residential construction methodsTech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilise new project management softwareIf this is you, please email your cover letter and CV to:
