This role is within our core site management team in back-to-back supervisory role on 8:6 roster. Staff/Labour Management including overseeing flights and accommodation booking, also roster management. Strong people management skills with ability to manage and mentor crews across a range of cultures. Understanding and meeting work schedule expectations within the Contract Ensuring work is completed to Contract specification and deadlines are consistently met. Ensuring resources are used effectively, efficiently, and safely. Liaise effectively with client representatives on a daily and weekly basis. Reporting & Asset Management. Key Criteria: Statutory Supervisor certificate (Section 26 – minimum) At least 10 years' experience within mining/ civil / bulk earth works environment with at least 2 years supervisory experience. Proven supervisor experience managing crews up to 14 people. Strong knowledge of civil, mining, construction sites as well as plant and equipment and personnel. Broad knowledge of HR/IR requirements relating to FairWork as well as OH&S generally. Willingness to complete national police check and pre employment medical prior to employment.
