This is a full-time role based in Perth, WA.In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within set timelines and budgets.What you'll be doingCoordinating and supervising construction teams on-site, delegating tasks and monitoring progressEnsuring all work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocolsLiaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concernsDeveloping and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgetsIdentifying and addressing any potential risks or problems that may arise during the construction processMaintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the duration of each project.What we're looking forExperience (2+ years) as a Supervisor or Foreperson in the residential construction industryProven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects from start to finishExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategicallyProficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and blueprintsThorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulationsTech-Savvy: Proficient in using software to create detailed site lists and coordinate works.Organised & Self-Motivated: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Certification or qualifications in construction management or a related field would be highly advantageous.What we offerAt Mills Group WA, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
