Council's Water and Sewerage crew are responsible for the operation and maintenance of Council's water and sewerage network including sewerage and sewerage reticulation system, Councils water bores, water and sewerage treatment plants and pump stations, and the pool chlorination and pump systems.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated skills and experience in a supervisory role, with strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster and promote a positive workplace culture. Council is seeking a Supervisor with good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to relate with members of the community and staff at all levels.
It is a requirement of the position that the successful applicant must be willing to participate in an on-call roster system for after-hours call-out response to emergencies.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: $81,396 to $90,652 per year plus applicable overtime
