The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards with safety in mind.The Project Supervisor will collaborate closely with Project Managers, tradespeople, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project goals are achieved.

If you possess the necessary skills, experience, and enthusiasm to help drive our organisation's success, we encourage you to submit your expression of interest to us.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all aspects of shut down, maintenance projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality controlEnsure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulationsCoordinate and communicate with Project Managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are metMonitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues or delaysManage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentsEnsure that all work is completed on time and within budgetProvide leadership and guidance to team members, including contractors and subcontractorsEnsure that all work is completed to the required quality standardsConduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being completed in accordance with project plans and specificationsIdentify and address any safety concerns or hazards on the job siteRequirements of the role:Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in construction project management or site supervisionTrade qualification in Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker with demonstrated experience in the field.Demonstrated strong leadership and management skillsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyShow commitment to high quality workmanship and customer serviceBe able to work onsite at Boyne Smelter Limited, and or QAL, RTAY, QMAGHave the ability to pass a pre-employment medical (Blue/Yellow Medipass and coal board)Why Choose Mecha?Lifestyle & Flexibility: Enjoy work-life balance, Monday to Friday role and be home every night.Great Pay: Attractive remuneration packages with opportunity to work overtime.Career Development: Our organisation is committed to investing in the training and development of our employees.
