ABOUT THE ROLEAssist the Site Manager in the safe, coordinated and successful delivery of project site works, ensuring all works are executed in accordance with The ADCO Way.
RESPONSIBILITIESReview and understand the documents and plans that govern the project deliveryEnsure that subcontractor management plans comply with project requirements for safety, quality, methodology and resourcingReview and understand project specifications and drawings, ensuring that the project delivery plans are practical and applicableFacilitate the site set up and maintenance, in line with the project plansFacilitate the coordination of the day-to-day site activities to ensure all site undertakings are in line with the project plansContribute to, understand and implement the short-term lookahead program for deliveryManage subcontractor performanceManage site works throughout the duration of the project to ensure defect-free handoverEnsure the timely compilation of quality documentation by subcontractors throughout the project and that all deliverables are compiled prior to PCABOUT YOUExperienced in a similar role with large building project experienceIdeally completed 3 – 4 projects with the new build commercial sector up to $200mTrade background and/or relevant qualificationDemonstrated IR experience, and the ability to drive a strong HSE and QA culture onsite and in-line with The ADCO Way#J-18808-Ljbffr
