THE OPPORTUNITY
Chittaway Bay Tavern is looking for a full-time Supervisor who is committed to delivering exceptional service across the following positions:
Take full accountability for the operational performance and success of the front-line teamDevelop and mentor staff to enhance their knowledge of food products, tasting notes, service standards, team culture, and guest relationship managementProvide hands-on staff training to improve skills and ensure consistent service excellenceConduct operational compliance audits to maintain high standardsEnsure RSA compliance and uphold responsible service practicesEnsuring floor, bar and gaming procedural complianceMonitor shift hours and organise staff breaks efficientlyMonitor product consistency & spend per headUphold a seamless sequence of service to guarantee exceptional guest experiencesOpen and closing venue in accordance with Laundy expectationsWHO ARE YOU
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar roleA passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standardsHands-on and proactive in day-to-day operationsDemonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of food and dietary requirementsStrong expertise in floor operations to ensure smooth serviceExtensive understanding of food and beverage productsMeticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality at all timesPossession of RSA and RCG certificationsIf this advertisement resonates with you, please get in touch with your application today.
