Supervisor - High Rise Commercial

A successful and highly regarded construction contractor has partnered with Design & Build to source an experienced Site Supervisor. They build a range of commercial high-rise and luxury apartment projects.

They're currently recruiting for a Supervisor to manage a high-rise structural apartment project, South of the river.

Responsibilities

Liaise with and coordinate all trades/suppliers to deliver services on time.Liaise with clients and keep them up to date on the progress of projects.Check materials delivered to ensure they are correct.Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time frames.Undertake quality control processes throughout the construction process and action any defects.Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frame.Coordinate trades and clients during the maintenance period.Your background:3+ years' experience supervising commercial projects.A strong knowledge of high-rise commercial projects or luxury apartments.Understanding of building codes.Trade background.
