Supervisor / Forman (Linemarking)

Roadways is seeking an experienced Civil Operations (Line Marking) Supervisor / Foreman to plan and lead works for our newly established North East operations team.
Based in Launceston and reporting to the Statewide Linemarking Manager, you will play a vital role in leading a small team while driving operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Ensuring safe work practices including adherence and understanding of WHS requirementsContract deliverables including reporting and record keepingDaily management of works including job planning and scopingManagement of employees and sub-contractorsIdentifying team skill gaps and driving a high-performance cultureLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timeframes and quality objectives are metProviding technical advice as required within the teamTo be successful in the role you will need: Demonstrated experience in civil surfacing worksFull understanding of WHS regulations, including the ability to influence our strong safety cultureAbility to review and implement traffic management plansStrong technical, time management, and organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentWhite card and current driver's license essentialIf you feel you can bring skills and experience to an iconic Tasmanian company at an exciting time of growth, submit your resume by hitting apply now.
