About the role We are looking for a Supervisor / Foreperson to oversee a small team of construction workers specialising in multi storey Façade and Glass Installation. You would not necessarily need to be a qualified carpenter as we are open to conversations with people who have done their time in the industry but not completed the trade qualification.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities * Responsible for working on projects with 10-15 stories
* Team management of up to 5 tradies
* Strong communication & Organisational skills
* Bonuses and incentives for completion of projects on time and on budget
* Report to the company owner and manager
Skills & experience * Qualified in Facade and Glass works on Commercial Properties is highly regarded
* Trade Qualification not essential, hands on work experience is reviewed in its own merit
* No Police Check required
* No Medical Required
Previousl Supervisor or Foreperson experience in Construction required
