About the role We are looking for a Supervisor / Foreperson to oversee a small team of construction workers specialising in multi storey Façade and Glass Installation. You would not necessarily need to be a qualified carpenter as we are open to conversations with people who have done their time in the industry but not completed the trade qualification. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities * Responsible for working on projects with 10-15 stories * Team management of up to 5 tradies * Strong communication & Organisational skills * Bonuses and incentives for completion of projects on time and on budget * Report to the company owner and manager Skills & experience * Qualified in Facade and Glass works on Commercial Properties is highly regarded * Trade Qualification not essential, hands on work experience is reviewed in its own merit * No Police Check required * No Medical Required Previousl Supervisor or Foreperson experience in Construction required Culture Close knit , family culture with a team work mentality We are looking for people to join the team that are highly positive, engaging and respectful of their peers. Training can be provided for people who do not posses all the key requirements. Benefits This role attracts a Salary up to $130 pa ($65 per hour) and would start asap.
