Are you ready to take on a rewarding role where you can make a real impact?As a Workshop Supervisor, you'll play a crucial part in leading a team of highly skilled Mechanical Fitters and Trade Assistants in our busy and fast-paced Fixed Plant Overhaul workshop in Canning Vale.YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:Review, as required, progress of jobs against estimated labour and material requirements.Collaborate with project managers to deliver job scopes.Provide guidance to team members, monitor performance, and address challenges proactively.Mentor employees, including apprentices while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.Participate in interviewing new personnel and building a high-performing workshop team.Coordinate inspections and testing with N.D.T.
