Supervisor - Field Service

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Supervisor – Field Service to join our team in Campbellfield in Victoria on a permanent full-time basis.
The key focus points for this role are to ensure the branch/team runs safely, efficiently, profitably, and offers genuine product support to the customers of the Branch.
This is achieved by coordinating the activities including workflow and staff allocations, ensuring that all deadlines are met, documentation is completed, and jobs are invoiced promptly.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise and distribute daily duties to field service staff.Implement strategies to reduce rework and improve overall service quality.Ensure timely invoicing of Work in Progress (WIP) and manage WIP write-offs.Manage Technician hours to minimise lost time.Look for training and development opportunities for team members.Drive team collaboration and ensure an encouraging and positive work culture.Champion safe work practices, aiming for a zero-harm environment.Ensure all fleet vehicles are kept clean, safe, and serviced.Role Located: Campbellfield
Salary: Attractive base salary, plus $19,500 car allowance, plus 5% bonus.
