The Position Assisting the Functions Manager with day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets. Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times. Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment. Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members. Handle any escalated guest complaints. The Person: Previous experience in a similar role and looking to work in a larger operation or a Team Leader ready for their next step. Previous experience within a large and diverse operation. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekends, and public holidays. Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
