Supervisor / Estimator

They pride themselves on looking after people not just insurance Role:Working alongside an experienced team of Supervisor/Estimators and a passionate QLD Construction Manager to lead the way your role will be to assess, estimate, and supervise quality insurance industry leading technology to learn how to estimate and supervise insurance repairs whilst exceeding KPI's.Customer service is key! Through both written and oral communication, you will need to be able to build relationships and resolve conflict.Report directly to the QLD construction manager.About You:Experience in estimating, scheduling and supervising trades and repairs in the insurance building industry is a must!Computer literate across mobile devices and ability to learn new systems quickly.Creating, reading and interpreting scopes of work.Excellent organisation and time management skills.High level attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of repair.Able to work as a member of a successful and KPI driven team.Culture in the company is highly valued!
