Supervisor/Estimator – Leading Insurance Building Repair Company Our client is a nationally recognized leader in specialised insurance building repairs, trusted by all major insurance companies across Australia. They have established a strong reputation and are seeking a Supervisor/Estimator to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising trades involved in reinstatement works and estimating jobs. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee construction projects to meet safety, cost, time, and quality targets.Review and verify scopes of work prior to project commencement.Liaise with insurance companies and clients to ensure smooth communication.Recruit and manage trades, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations at all times.About You: Trade qualifications in building or carpentry (preferred).At least 3 years of trade or building supervision experience.Strong customer service skills and ability to work autonomously or within a team.Excellent time management and organisational abilities.Experience in job estimating is a plus.Insurance industry experience is advantageous but not essential.Additional Requirements: Successful candidates will need to undergo a National Police Check.All applications will be handled with strict confidentiality.
