We are looking for an experienced Building Supervisor/Estimator located in South Brisbane and North Brisbane to join one of the leading residential insurance companies in Australia. This client has the most up to date software within the construction industry, which creates for a seamless work environment.
Role Responsibilities:

Working under the Construction Management team
Leading the trades and onsite construction process
Estimating projects, scheduling trades and supervising
Client-facing: dealing with clients, creating strong relationships with clients and others within the building industry

Person Specification:

Carpentry background preferred
2 years experience within the insurance industry
Experience with estimating
Strong understanding of safety requirements
Great communication and management skills

Offer:
Salary: 100k - 130k + Super + Vehicle
Full pipeline of work

Team events projects within 1 hour of residence
