Ensuring all maintenance electrical works are completed in a safe manner and in compliance with established safe work procedures and systems; Ensure minimal disruption to production through ready access to critical parts, equipment and service providers by developing and maintaining sound working relationships and having contingency plans in place. Provide ongoing leadership and mentoring for the Electrical team through effective use of Performance Management Systems. Assist to develop and maintain training and development plans for the team. About You: You will have:
