Join the Civmec Team Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for a new challenge on a dynamic project? We're seeking skilled local individuals to join our team and play a key role in the electrical operations at the Covalent Lithium Refinery in Kwinana.
The Role Oversee electrical maintenance and installation activities at the refinery. Lead a team of electricians to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in industrial settings, preferably in the mining or refining industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Commitment to safety and quality excellence. White card. Electrical Licence.
