Main duties:
This is a hands-on role, with Workshop duties as well as overseeing the team.Delegation of manpower i.e. allocating tasks, managing breaksDuring quieter periods ensure labour is being utilised productively i.e. housekeeping.General Maintenance on shipping containers. Painting and grinding.Tank cleans.Focus on Safety, overseeing others and making sure they're working safely.Identifying gaps in safetyOur Ideal Candidate: Supervisor experienceBoilermaker skills (Beneficial)White card.Confined Space.Working at heights.Valid Australian driver's license + own transport.Good communication skillsTeam playerTo Apply:
