Supervisor || Duty Manager || Brady's Railway Hotel, Albury Brady's Railway Hotel, located in Albury, is seeking a proactive Supervisor/Duty Manager to join our expanding team.
If you have your RSA and RCG, are able and willing to work on a flexible roster, and are passionate about delivering high levels of customer service with a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you!

Skills and experience
To succeed, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Proven experience for 2+ years in a similar role Exposure to managing teams of staff in high-pressure environments A focus on delivering the highest standards of presentation, product, and overall customer experience Ability to work nights and weekends The ability to develop your staff in all aspects of their role including product knowledge, customer interactions, and specific service skills while fostering an enviable culture amongst your team Experience and understanding of hospitality systems including POS, accounting software, and reporting tools Sound knowledge of Liquor & Gaming compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
