As the Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing onsite projects, ensuring safety compliance, and supervising workforce activities.
Your experience and leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety throughout the demolition process.
Role Plan and manage onsite projects effectively.Control and supervise the site workforce, while being part of the action also.Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies.Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.Conduct prestart and SWMS inductions.Develop and implement demolition plans and safety management systems.Perform project risk assessments and suggest improvements for workplace safety.Maintain and service company-owned equipment and machinery.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.Offer
