Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Maintenance, you will be responsible for the optimisation of equipment availability and reliability through the safe and effective execution of condition monitoring and lubrication plans and analysis of critical data.
Duties: Manage Condition Monitoring Programs to ensure equipment reliabilitySupervisor Lubrication tasks ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and on scheduleConduct Inspections, Analyse Data and ensure compliance to identify equipment failures and routinely audit for qualityProvide visual leadership to the workforce within the maintenance team, reinforcing the risk-based, safety systemsSkills and Experience: Extensive demonstrated experience in a leadership role in a fixed plant maintenance environmentTertiary qualification in an engineering or similar technical field or trade equivalentVibration analysis VCAT-I, VCAT-IIMachinery Lubrication Technician (MLT I)Mine Site Facilities: Modern, comfortable camp accommodationHigh quality gourmet food options (vegan, gluten free and healthy options)Large fully equipped gym facility, as well as a gym specifically for femalesHeated outdoor swimming poolBeach Volleyball court and Golf simulatorsVillage shop and extensive supporting amenitiesSWIFT in-room entertainment with comprehensive content and own-device casting capabilityActive social club with community events and activities for employeesLifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your familyAbout the Company: Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia's Pilbara region.
