Hold a valid and current Plumbing Contractor's Licence issued by the Plumbing Licencing Board of Western Australia (must include Water, Drainage and Sanitary); Construction Safety Induction Card; Working at Heights Ticket or willing to obtain; Current unrestricted "C" class motor vehicle licence; Knowledge, experience and understanding of building compliance (including electrical and mechanical) legislation, and the ability to interpret standards and codes; Strong awareness and knowledge of safety issues relating to the operation of equipment in the installation/maintenance of works in a busy, people filled environment; High level of knowledge, experience and performance in budgeting and expenditure management;
