Casual Role Available About The Role: As a member of our dynamic team, you will facilitate safe and meaningful family time for children and young people in the Permanency Support Program (Out of Home Care) with their families and significant others.
You will also have the opportunity to utilize your skills and knowledge to mentor children and young people in various settings.
This role involves providing written updates and reports, ensuring thorough communication and documentation.
You will benefit from numerous opportunities for upskilling and professional development, supported by a large and dedicated team.
This rewarding role allows you to strengthen family connections between children, young people, and their families.
This position will see you working shifts primarily between 6am to 6pm across all seven days of the week with shifts that may extend beyond these hours.

About you: Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with others.
Written communication skills , including the ability to write reports and complete formal documentation in relevant software programs.
Individual and team work .
Ability to think quick on your feet and make informed decisions in complex situations.
Flexibility : Willingness to work non-standard hours as required.
Required Checks : A current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement), NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), and full COVID vaccination status Driving License : Possession of an Australian Driver's License.
