The newly constructed villas are located in the vibrant heart of Bathurst giving a new standard for exceptional living for NDIS participants seeking high physical support (HPS) or robust SDA accommodation. You will be working with clients as part of our innovative concierge Supported Independent Living (SIL – 24/7 support models) & drop-in support.We work with participants with varying needs from social support, complex high intensity support needs, mental health & challenging behaviors.Duties May Include:• Assistance with daily life activities• Assistance with personal care tasks• Assistance with capacity building tasks• Assistance with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation• Administration of medication• High Intensity Supports• Community participation, including support to get to and from community access activities• Assistance with travel / transport• Behaviour support and skill developmentWho Are You:We are only as good as our people!
