The Role: As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards, managing staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
You will be responsible for the overall operations of the supermarket and work to drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure the store is well-prepared to meet the seasonal demands of the market.
This is a varied and interesting role that would appeal to someone who enjoys and demonstrates strong leadership skills, works with a degree of autonomy, and has exceptional communication skills and the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in a calm and professional manner.
