Superintendent Representative AO53 months + possible extensionQueensland State Government$66.86 + super per hourASAP start!Brisbane CBDThe Role This large QLD State Government Department is seeking an experienced candidate with contract administration experience with traditional and non-traditional building contracts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintain contractual obligations of the parties to the contract honestly and fairly.Undertake regular site inspections, manage meetings, issue variation orders and assess contractual claims.Process Contractor's Requests for Information and ensure Building Act Compliance inspections are undertaken, and appropriate records kept.Provide high level advice and information and administer dispute resolution processes.Implement contract administration policies and procedures and post contract performance evaluation systems.Effectively communicate with clients and all project team members in relation to cost, time and quality issues.You The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in contract administration processes associated with traditional and non-traditional contracts.Extensive understanding of EOT, VO, Claim, payment claim etc.
