The Opportunity Reporting to the Manager, the Superintendent Maintenance Service is responsible for the crushing, screening and beneficiation plant equipment maintenance. This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster across multiple sites. What is required? Trade qualification Mechanical / Electrical Experience with maintenance activities on a mineral processing plant or similar with a good knowledge of crushing and screening Previous people management experience at a Supervisor level Ability to plan and lead team activities to make sure they are completed safely, efficiently, on budget and within expected time frames Ability to work within a team environment to achieve desired results Physically mobile with a good fitness level About Mineral Resources MinRes is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
