We have over 400 employees and several operating divisions including Facilities Management, Civil Projects, Civil Maintenance, Commercial and domestic building construction and maintenance, Industrial Services and Landscape Construction.Purpose of the PositionBased in our Karratha office and across the Rio Tinto Pilbara rail network, this role will involve driving the delivery of civil maintenance services on the Rio Tinto Rail Maintenance contract.

We are seeking applicants with a collaborative style of leadership and effective communication both written and oral.
