Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance obligations and administrative requirements for a portfolio of over 200 SMSF clients.
Review financial statements, electronic working papers, and tax returns.
Mentor and train junior team members on technical, software, and operational matters.
Maintain client relationships, attending meetings as needed and serving as the key contact.
Collaborate with auditors on technical and compliance matters.
Provide valuable technical SMSF guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute actively to driving continual improvement, efficiency, and growth.
Act as the main liaison between the offshore team and stakeholders, offering real career progression opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
CA/CPA qualified or actively pursuing the designation.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in SMSF compliance and technical aspects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Commercially minded with a drive to advance your career.
Experience with Class super is desirable.
Australian PR/Citizen.
