Super Singhz Transport is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Accounts/Administration Assistant to join our dynamic operations team in the heart of CBD Adelaide. This diverse and fast-paced role is integral to the smooth running of our busy office, where you will play a key part in supporting our efforts to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating budgetary and accounting policies. Prepare financial statements for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies. Conduct financial investigations, prepare reports, and advise on areas such as business acquisitions, mergers, capital financing, fraud, insolvency, and taxation. Examine and report on operating costs, income, and expenditure. Ensure the accuracy of financial information and compliance with statutory requirements. Provide financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans, and operations. Prepare taxation returns for individuals and businesses. Liaise with financial institutions and brokers to establish funds management arrangements. Implement and maintain accounting systems and advise on computer-based accounting solutions. Assist in maintaining internal control systems. Assess cash flow and financial risk for capital investment projects. Desired Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications. Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proven experience in a similar administrative or accounting role in a busy office environment. Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities. Why Join Us?
