Your New Role As a Super and Retirement Adviser at Aware Super, your focus is to help our members prepare for their retirement by providing high quality retirement (intrafund) advice. As we have Advice teams across multiple locations, you can be located in either Sydney, Melbourne, Wollongong or Perth.

In this role you will:

Provide expert advice to members on their superannuation and retirement options Help members understand how their super works and how to maximise their benefits Assist members with accessing their super and planning for a secure retirement Deliver personalised support and guidance, ensuring members feel confident about their financial future How do you exceed our expectations? You genuinely care about the financial wellbeing of people and want to provide quality financial advice and guidance to help them achieve better retirement outcomes.

In addition, you will have:

A relevant tertiary degree to meet FASEA requirements A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role providing superannuation advice Sound industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of the legal and compliance framework within the financial services industry (specifically financial planning) The ability to have engaging and meaningful conversations with members An existing registration (ASIC) as a financial adviser Employee Experience We understand that not everyone works in the same ways.
