About the opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner reports to the Group Talent and Organisational Development Manager and is part of the People, Safety and Culture team. The key focus of this role is the identification and engagement of quality talent to proactively fill both existing, newly created and future roles within NEX Building Group. More specifically, you will:
Engage with business leaders on talent attraction matters, proactively supporting their people resourcing needs and recruiting quality candidates Own the talent attraction function from end to end, including taking thorough job brief, sourcing, screening, assessing, checking, right through to ensuring employment agreements are sent to successful candidates in a timely manner Identify talent attraction issues and bottlenecks that may be impacting on our ability to secure quality talent and recommend solutions Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process Collaborate on, and carry out key recruitment projects as assigned Assist with the delivery of diversity, early talent, weekly vacancies email and other TA strategies Maintain the HRIS Recruitment Module accurately About you
