In this role, you will design and deliver high-quality learning products that align with Suncorp's broader business and departmental strategies.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, colleagues, and external vendors to create, develop, and sustain learning solutions that enhance workforce capability.
Additionally, you will provide expert advice to ensure learning solutions meet best practice standards, thereby driving improved performance and knowledge across the organisation.
What you'll do
Use Suncorp learning methodologies, approaches, tools and resources when designing learning solutions Prepare learning solutions including detailed learning objectives, evaluation strategy, organisation of proposed content, plan the look and feel, create/write/curate content, and development of materials Proactively research best-practice learning solutions and methodologies to maintain knowledge of learning trends Contribute to refinement and improvement of processes, templates, methodologies, systems Achieve the most appropriate learning outcome that is fit for purpose within agreed scope, cost, time and quality What you'll bring
Learning and Development experience (minimum 2 years) Instructional Design of blended learning solutions and design methodologies LMS knowledge and eLearning tools such as Lectora, Captivate, or Articulate Storyline Vendor Management and Project Management experience What we can offer you
