As a trade-qualified Motor Assessor, you'll leverage your expertise in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics (Cert III) to meticulously assess vehicle damage. From initiating repairs to negotiating settlements, you'll manage a portfolio of motor claims, ensuring cost-effective solutions and exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end motor claims, conducting assessments and overseeing repairs. Cultivate relationships with industry partners and internal teams. Ensure accurate cost estimations and safe repair recommendations. Work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals. Improve customer experience by providing exceptional service and support. What You Bring: Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics plus 5 years post trade experience. Proven experience in quote writing and customer service excellence. Strong organisational skills and excellent time management. Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues. A proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction.
