About the role:
We are currently seeking a Suicide Prevention Services Coordinator to oversee our Way Back Support Services team, based in Rockhampton, Gladstone, or Emerald. Our Coordinator will ensure that services deliver on all targets and comply with funding, service, and regulatory requirements. They will provide an intersection between the non-clinical work within AnglicareCQ's The Way Back Support Service and the clinical support provided to participants by the Central Queensland and Central West Hospital and Healthcare Service.
What will a typical day look like?
Develop, implement, and evaluate strength-based, person-centred, and recovery-oriented supports within a defined clinical governance framework. Implement practices to maximize engagement of vulnerable populations who are at higher risk of suicide and ensure supports are tailored to accommodate their needs. In collaboration with partners and stakeholders, develop and apply referral pathways and escalation processes. Manage intake and case allocation processes and ensure appropriate assessment, planning, and best practice principles. Establish and promote professional relationships with key stakeholders across the regions of service. Carry a small caseload of participants, when required. Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or mental health nursing. 2 years' experience in a combination of practitioner and leadership roles. Who we are:

Demonstrated experience working within a high-performance framework where you are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes, within a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment. Effective time management and organisational skills. A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people. Other Requirements:
