We have been awarded Partner of the Year for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition ANZ and SAP Australia Partner Excellence Awards for Move to SAP S/4HANA.Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Senior/Principal Consultant to focus on project delivery of SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central. This customer-facing role allows you to grow your skills and work with latest technology. You can work 100% from home but occasional travel for customer deliverables might be requiredTasks and Responsibilities Lead all aspects of SuccessFactor implementation projects in EC as to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and develop comprehensive solution designsProvide expert guidance on system integrations, data migration and technical architectureConduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teamsProvide business analysis and support in functions and processes to deliver projects on time and with expected qualityProvide advice, assistance and solutions to our customers through active engagement and relationship building, managing incoming requests, may they be of functional process or technical nature showcasing your HR business know-howRetain ownership of customer issues until resolved or escalatedPresent with the ability to critically analyse problems submitted by SAP users to determine root causes and recommend alternative solutions.Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions where efficiencies can be achievedSkills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in IT or HRA minimum of seven years of experience in implementing and configuring SF modules.Have experience working in HR and be able to showcase Business Process KnowledgeAbility to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication, presentation and consulting skillsExperience in a consulting practice environmentThe legal right to work in Australia is a prerequisite, and we will not respond to applications that do not clearly state this criterion.Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.Choose from thousands of courses delivered by leaders in education.#J-18808-Ljbffr
